Museum History: The museum was established in 1956 as the Division Museum for the 101st Airborne Division and was memorialized in honor of the first Assistant Division Commander for the 101st, Brigadier general Don F. Pratt. BG Pratt was killed in world War II during the Normandy Invasion. In 1965, the museum was changed to the installation museum for Fort Campbell. The museum theme centers around the history of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), the "Screaming Eagle." It covers the period from the division's activation in August 1942 to the present. The museum is now housed in Wickam Hall. Wickam Hall is building 5702 which was a movie theater, classroom and auditorium used for basic training during the Vietnam War. In May 1970, the building was memorialized for Corporal Jerry Wayne Wickam. CPL Wickam received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) for his conspicuous gallantry, extraordinary heroism and intrepidity at the cost of his own life on 6 January 1968 while serving with Troop F, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry regiment in the Republic of Vietnam.; In the Spring of 1972, the Don F. Pratt Memorial Museum moved from Building 2605 to its current location in building 5702.

						<p>Museum History:  The museum was established in 1956 as the Division Museum for the 101st Airborne Division and was memorialized in honor of the first Assistant Division Commander for the 101st, Brigadier general Don F. Pratt. BG Pratt was killed in world War II during the Normandy Invasion. In 1965, the museum was changed to the installation museum for Fort Campbell. The museum theme centers around the history of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), the "Screaming Eagle." It covers the period from the division's activation in August 1942 to the present. The museum is now housed in Wickam Hall. Wickam Hall is building 5702 which was a movie theater, classroom and auditorium used for basic training during the Vietnam War. In May 1970, the building was memorialized for Corporal Jerry Wayne Wickam. CPL Wickam received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) for his conspicuous gallantry, extraordinary heroism and intrepidity at the cost of his own life on 6 January 1968 while serving with Troop F, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry regiment in the Republic of Vietnam.; In the Spring of 1972, the Don F. Pratt Memorial Museum moved from Building 2605 to its current location in building 5702.</p>		</div>

						<p>Museum History:  The museum was established in 1956 as the Division Museum for the 101st Airborne Division and was memorialized in honor of the first Assistant Division Commander for the 101st, Brigadier general Don F. Pratt. BG Pratt was killed in world War II during the Normandy Invasion. In 1965, the museum was changed to the installation museum for Fort Campbell. The museum theme centers around the history of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), the "Screaming Eagle." It covers the period from the division's activation in August 1942 to the present. The museum is now housed in Wickam Hall. Wickam Hall is building 5702 which was a movie theater, classroom and auditorium used for basic training during the Vietnam War. In May 1970, the building was memorialized for Corporal Jerry Wayne Wickam. CPL Wickam received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) for his conspicuous gallantry, extraordinary heroism and intrepidity at the cost of his own life on 6 January 1968 while serving with Troop F, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry regiment in the Republic of Vietnam.; In the Spring of 1972, the Don F. Pratt Memorial Museum moved from Building 2605 to its current location in building 5702.</p>		</div>

						<p>Museum History:  The museum was established in 1956 as the Division Museum for the 101st Airborne Division and was memorialized in honor of the first Assistant Division Commander for the 101st, Brigadier general Don F. Pratt. BG Pratt was killed in world War II during the Normandy Invasion. In 1965, the museum was changed to the installation museum for Fort Campbell. The museum theme centers around the history of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), the "Screaming Eagle." It covers the period from the division's activation in August 1942 to the present. The museum is now housed in Wickam Hall. Wickam Hall is building 5702 which was a movie theater, classroom and auditorium used for basic training during the Vietnam War. In May 1970, the building was memorialized for Corporal Jerry Wayne Wickam. CPL Wickam received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) for his conspicuous gallantry, extraordinary heroism and intrepidity at the cost of his own life on 6 January 1968 while serving with Troop F, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry regiment in the Republic of Vietnam.; In the Spring of 1972, the Don F. Pratt Memorial Museum moved from Building 2605 to its current location in building 5702.</p>		</div>

						<p>Museum History:  The museum was established in 1956 as the Division Museum for the 101st Airborne Division and was memorialized in honor of the first Assistant Division Commander for the 101st, Brigadier general Don F. Pratt. BG Pratt was killed in world War II during the Normandy Invasion. In 1965, the museum was changed to the installation museum for Fort Campbell. The museum theme centers around the history of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), the "Screaming Eagle." It covers the period from the division's activation in August 1942 to the present. The museum is now housed in Wickam Hall. Wickam Hall is building 5702 which was a movie theater, classroom and auditorium used for basic training during the Vietnam War. In May 1970, the building was memorialized for Corporal Jerry Wayne Wickam. CPL Wickam received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) for his conspicuous gallantry, extraordinary heroism and intrepidity at the cost of his own life on 6 January 1968 while serving with Troop F, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry regiment in the Republic of Vietnam.; In the Spring of 1972, the Don F. Pratt Memorial Museum moved from Building 2605 to its current location in building 5702.</p>		</div>

						<p>Museum History:  The museum was established in 1956 as the Division Museum for the 101st Airborne Division and was memorialized in honor of the first Assistant Division Commander for the 101st, Brigadier general Don F. Pratt. BG Pratt was killed in world War II during the Normandy Invasion. In 1965, the museum was changed to the installation museum for Fort Campbell. The museum theme centers around the history of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), the "Screaming Eagle." It covers the period from the division's activation in August 1942 to the present. The museum is now housed in Wickam Hall. Wickam Hall is building 5702 which was a movie theater, classroom and auditorium used for basic training during the Vietnam War. In May 1970, the building was memorialized for Corporal Jerry Wayne Wickam. CPL Wickam received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) for his conspicuous gallantry, extraordinary heroism and intrepidity at the cost of his own life on 6 January 1968 while serving with Troop F, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry regiment in the Republic of Vietnam.; In the Spring of 1972, the Don F. Pratt Memorial Museum moved from Building 2605 to its current location in building 5702.</p>		</div>

						<p>Museum History:  The museum was established in 1956 as the Division Museum for the 101st Airborne Division and was memorialized in honor of the first Assistant Division Commander for the 101st, Brigadier general Don F. Pratt. BG Pratt was killed in world War II during the Normandy Invasion. In 1965, the museum was changed to the installation museum for Fort Campbell. The museum theme centers around the history of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), the "Screaming Eagle." It covers the period from the division's activation in August 1942 to the present. The museum is now housed in Wickam Hall. Wickam Hall is building 5702 which was a movie theater, classroom and auditorium used for basic training during the Vietnam War. In May 1970, the building was memorialized for Corporal Jerry Wayne Wickam. CPL Wickam received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) for his conspicuous gallantry, extraordinary heroism and intrepidity at the cost of his own life on 6 January 1968 while serving with Troop F, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry regiment in the Republic of Vietnam.; In the Spring of 1972, the Don F. Pratt Memorial Museum moved from Building 2605 to its current location in building 5702.</p>		</div>

						<p>Museum History:  The museum was established in 1956 as the Division Museum for the 101st Airborne Division and was memorialized in honor of the first Assistant Division Commander for the 101st, Brigadier general Don F. Pratt. BG Pratt was killed in world War II during the Normandy Invasion. In 1965, the museum was changed to the installation museum for Fort Campbell. The museum theme centers around the history of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), the "Screaming Eagle." It covers the period from the division's activation in August 1942 to the present. The museum is now housed in Wickam Hall. Wickam Hall is building 5702 which was a movie theater, classroom and auditorium used for basic training during the Vietnam War. In May 1970, the building was memorialized for Corporal Jerry Wayne Wickam. CPL Wickam received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) for his conspicuous gallantry, extraordinary heroism and intrepidity at the cost of his own life on 6 January 1968 while serving with Troop F, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry regiment in the Republic of Vietnam.; In the Spring of 1972, the Don F. Pratt Memorial Museum moved from Building 2605 to its current location in building 5702.</p>		</div>
