About Us:

We are a lodging only facility offering stay and play lodging and short and long term stays for those visiting or living in Central Kentucky.The golf course next to our property is now owned by Whitaker Bank. We do not have any information whether the course will re-open or not. We are not affiliated with them in any way.Our Father designed and built the golf course and is now deceased. Whitaker Bank decided to foreclose on the golf course a few weeks before Christmas.  Despite our attempts to create a seamless transition in hopes that the golf course would remain operational, our fanastic staff would be retained and there would be no disruption for the amazing customers we have grown to love, Whitaker Bank has chosen to not work with us or communicate with us.  We regret any impact this may have on our valued customers, both local and our stay and play guests. We still own and operate The Villas at Duckers - a beautiful facility that offers lodging and furnished apartments both short and long term. Leases are available for 2 bdrm/2bath fully furnished units and our stay and play guests are encouraged to play the many gorgeous golf courses in the central Kentucky.  Amazing opportunity to experience the variety of beautiful courses in our area.  Whitaker Bank has expressed to us they will not work with us regarding our stay and play guests playing at the golf course if they do open it.For the GOLF COURSE -  The sign posted on the door when they closed the property listed the contact as Thomas P. Henkebein with a phone number of 859-543-4000.  Please contact Whitaker Bank if you have any questions about the golf course. We apologize and regret we do not have any information about the golf course.

<p style="text-align: justify;">We are a lodging only facility offering stay and play lodging and short and long term stays for those visiting or living in Central Kentucky.The golf course next to our property is now owned by Whitaker Bank. We do not have any information whether the course will re-open or not. We are not affiliated with them in any way.Our Father designed and built the golf course and is now deceased. Whitaker Bank decided to foreclose on the golf course a few weeks before Christmas.&nbsp; Despite our attempts to create a seamless transition in hopes that the golf course would remain operational, our fanastic staff would be retained and there would be no disruption for the amazing customers we have grown to love, Whitaker Bank has chosen to not work with us or communicate with us.&nbsp; We regret any impact this may have on our valued customers, both local and our stay and play guests. We still own and operate The Villas at Duckers - a beautiful facility that offers lodging and furnished apartments both short and long term. Leases are available for 2 bdrm/2bath fully furnished units and our stay and play guests are encouraged to play the many gorgeous golf courses in the central Kentucky.&nbsp; Amazing opportunity to experience the variety of beautiful courses in our area.&nbsp; Whitaker Bank has expressed to us they will not work with us regarding our stay and play guests playing at the golf course if they do open it.For the GOLF COURSE -&nbsp; The sign posted on the door when they closed the property listed the contact as Thomas P. Henkebein with a phone number of 859-543-4000.&nbsp; Please contact Whitaker Bank if you have any questions about the golf course. We apologize and regret we do not have any information about the golf course. </p>		</div>

<p style="text-align: justify;">We are a lodging only facility offering stay and play lodging and short and long term stays for those visiting or living in Central Kentucky.The golf course next to our property is now owned by Whitaker Bank. We do not have any information whether the course will re-open or not. We are not affiliated with them in any way.Our Father designed and built the golf course and is now deceased. Whitaker Bank decided to foreclose on the golf course a few weeks before Christmas.&nbsp; Despite our attempts to create a seamless transition in hopes that the golf course would remain operational, our fanastic staff would be retained and there would be no disruption for the amazing customers we have grown to love, Whitaker Bank has chosen to not work with us or communicate with us.&nbsp; We regret any impact this may have on our valued customers, both local and our stay and play guests. We still own and operate The Villas at Duckers - a beautiful facility that offers lodging and furnished apartments both short and long term. Leases are available for 2 bdrm/2bath fully furnished units and our stay and play guests are encouraged to play the many gorgeous golf courses in the central Kentucky.&nbsp; Amazing opportunity to experience the variety of beautiful courses in our area.&nbsp; Whitaker Bank has expressed to us they will not work with us regarding our stay and play guests playing at the golf course if they do open it.For the GOLF COURSE -&nbsp; The sign posted on the door when they closed the property listed the contact as Thomas P. Henkebein with a phone number of 859-543-4000.&nbsp; Please contact Whitaker Bank if you have any questions about the golf course. We apologize and regret we do not have any information about the golf course. </p>		</div>

<p style="text-align: justify;">We are a lodging only facility offering stay and play lodging and short and long term stays for those visiting or living in Central Kentucky.The golf course next to our property is now owned by Whitaker Bank. We do not have any information whether the course will re-open or not. We are not affiliated with them in any way.Our Father designed and built the golf course and is now deceased. Whitaker Bank decided to foreclose on the golf course a few weeks before Christmas.&nbsp; Despite our attempts to create a seamless transition in hopes that the golf course would remain operational, our fanastic staff would be retained and there would be no disruption for the amazing customers we have grown to love, Whitaker Bank has chosen to not work with us or communicate with us.&nbsp; We regret any impact this may have on our valued customers, both local and our stay and play guests. We still own and operate The Villas at Duckers - a beautiful facility that offers lodging and furnished apartments both short and long term. Leases are available for 2 bdrm/2bath fully furnished units and our stay and play guests are encouraged to play the many gorgeous golf courses in the central Kentucky.&nbsp; Amazing opportunity to experience the variety of beautiful courses in our area.&nbsp; Whitaker Bank has expressed to us they will not work with us regarding our stay and play guests playing at the golf course if they do open it.For the GOLF COURSE -&nbsp; The sign posted on the door when they closed the property listed the contact as Thomas P. Henkebein with a phone number of 859-543-4000.&nbsp; Please contact Whitaker Bank if you have any questions about the golf course. We apologize and regret we do not have any information about the golf course. </p>		</div>

We do not have any information whether the course will re-open or not. We are not affiliated with them in any way.Our Father designed and built the golf course and is now deceased. Whitaker Bank decided to foreclose on the golf course a few weeks before Christmas.&nbsp; Despite our attempts to create a seamless transition in hopes that the golf course would remain operational, our fanastic staff would be retained and there would be no disruption for the amazing customers we have grown to love, Whitaker Bank has chosen to not work with us or communicate with us.&nbsp; We regret any impact this may have on our valued customers, both local and our stay and play guests. We still own and operate The Villas at Duckers - a beautiful facility that offers lodging and furnished apartments both short and long term. Leases are available for 2 bdrm/2bath fully furnished units and our stay and play guests are encouraged to play the many gorgeous golf courses in the central Kentucky.&nbsp; Amazing opportunity to experience the variety of beautiful courses in our area.&nbsp; Whitaker Bank has expressed to us they will not work with us regarding our stay and play guests playing at the golf course if they do open it.For the GOLF COURSE -&nbsp; The sign posted on the door when they closed the property listed the contact as Thomas P. Henkebein with a phone number of 859-543-4000.&nbsp; Please contact Whitaker Bank if you have any questions about the golf course. <p style="text-align: justify;">We are a lodging only facility offering stay and play lodging and short and long term stays for those visiting or living in Central Kentucky.The golf course next to our property is now owned by Whitaker Bank. We do not have any information whether the course will re-open or not. We are not affiliated with them in any way.Our Father designed and built the golf course and is now deceased. Whitaker Bank decided to foreclose on the golf course a few weeks before Christmas.&nbsp; Despite our attempts to create a seamless transition in hopes that the golf course would remain operational, our fanastic staff would be retained and there would be no disruption for the amazing customers we have grown to love, Whitaker Bank has chosen to not work with us or communicate with us.&nbsp; We regret any impact this may have on our valued customers, both local and our stay and play guests. We still own and operate The Villas at Duckers - a beautiful facility that offers lodging and furnished apartments both short and long term. Leases are available for 2 bdrm/2bath fully furnished units and our stay and play guests are encouraged to play the many gorgeous golf courses in the central Kentucky.&nbsp; Amazing opportunity to experience the variety of beautiful courses in our area.&nbsp; Whitaker Bank has expressed to us they will not work with us regarding our stay and play guests playing at the golf course if they do open it.For the GOLF COURSE -&nbsp; The sign posted on the door when they closed the property listed the contact as Thomas P. Henkebein with a phone number of 859-543-4000.&nbsp; Please contact Whitaker Bank if you have any questions about the golf course. We apologize and regret we do not have any information about the golf course. </p>		</div>

<p style="text-align: justify;">We are a lodging only facility offering stay and play lodging and short and long term stays for those visiting or living in Central Kentucky.The golf course next to our property is now owned by Whitaker Bank. We do not have any information whether the course will re-open or not. We are not affiliated with them in any way.Our Father designed and built the golf course and is now deceased. Whitaker Bank decided to foreclose on the golf course a few weeks before Christmas.&nbsp; Despite our attempts to create a seamless transition in hopes that the golf course would remain operational, our fanastic staff would be retained and there would be no disruption for the amazing customers we have grown to love, Whitaker Bank has chosen to not work with us or communicate with us.&nbsp; We regret any impact this may have on our valued customers, both local and our stay and play guests. We still own and operate The Villas at Duckers - a beautiful facility that offers lodging and furnished apartments both short and long term. Leases are available for 2 bdrm/2bath fully furnished units and our stay and play guests are encouraged to play the many gorgeous golf courses in the central Kentucky.&nbsp; Amazing opportunity to experience the variety of beautiful courses in our area.&nbsp; Whitaker Bank has expressed to us they will not work with us regarding our stay and play guests playing at the golf course if they do open it.For the GOLF COURSE -&nbsp; The sign posted on the door when they closed the property listed the contact as Thomas P. Henkebein with a phone number of 859-543-4000.&nbsp; Please contact Whitaker Bank if you have any questions about the golf course. We apologize and regret we do not have any information about the golf course. </p>		</div>

We do not have any information whether the course will re-open or not. We are not affiliated with them in any way.Our Father designed and built the golf course and is now deceased. Whitaker Bank decided to foreclose on the golf course a few weeks before Christmas.&nbsp; Despite our attempts to create a seamless transition in hopes that the golf course would remain operational, our fanastic staff would be retained and there would be no disruption for the amazing customers we have grown to love, Whitaker Bank has chosen to not work with us or communicate with us.&nbsp; We regret any impact this may have on our valued customers, both local and our stay and play guests. We still own and operate The Villas at Duckers - a beautiful facility that offers lodging and furnished apartments both short and long term. Leases are available for 2 bdrm/2bath fully furnished units and our stay and play guests are encouraged to play the many gorgeous golf courses in the central Kentucky.&nbsp; Amazing opportunity to experience the variety of beautiful courses in our area.&nbsp; Whitaker Bank has expressed to us they will not work with us regarding our stay and play guests playing at the golf course if they do open it.For the GOLF COURSE -&nbsp; The sign posted on the door when they closed the property listed the contact as Thomas P.
