Eye Of The Needle Winery
Pour yourself a glass and sit down with Bob and Lauren Bullock, the private eyes that find the special wines. Every bottle holds their passion for life and wine. They took crushed realities and transformed them into a winery—Eye of The Needle.
Bob was in the Washington wine business when he was just a lad and Lauren was baptized in the wine business when she worked as a teenager at Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga, CA. (She was helping with concerts, no underage drinking here!). Bob got out of the wine business for 19 years but always wanted to come back to it.
When he took an early retirement, Lauren asked him what he was going to do next. “I’m going back into the wine industry, but I’m going to do it the way I want to do it,” Bob said.
He observed that when he was selling wine for other people and building up other brands, it didn’t matter how many points out of 100 the wine received if nobody could afford the price. When the recession hit, Bob realized this was the perfect opportunity to create wine that’s a good value both in taste and price.

They took crushed realities and transformed them into a winery—Eye of The Needle.</p> <p>Bob was in the Washington wine business when he was just a lad and Lauren was baptized in the wine business when she worked as a teenager at Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga, CA. (She was helping with concerts, no underage drinking here!). Bob got out of the wine business for 19 years but always wanted to come back to it.</p> <p>When he took an early retirement, Lauren asked him what he was going to do next. “I’m going back into the wine industry, but I’m going to do it the way I want to do it,” Bob said.</p> <p>He observed that when he was selling wine for other people and building up other brands, it didn’t matter how many points out of 100 the wine received if nobody could afford the price. They took crushed realities and transformed them into a winery—Eye of The Needle.</p> <p>Bob was in the Washington wine business when he was just a lad and Lauren was baptized in the wine business when she worked as a teenager at Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga, CA. (She was helping with concerts, no underage drinking here!). Bob got out of the wine business for 19 years but always wanted to come back to it.</p> <p>When he took an early retirement, Lauren asked him what he was going to do next. “I’m going back into the wine industry, but I’m going to do it the way I want to do it,” Bob said.</p> <p>He observed that when he was selling wine for other people and building up other brands, it didn’t matter how many points out of 100 the wine received if nobody could afford the price. They took crushed realities and transformed them into a winery—Eye of The Needle.</p> <p>Bob was in the Washington wine business when he was just a lad and Lauren was baptized in the wine business when she worked as a teenager at Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga, CA. (She was helping with concerts, no underage drinking here!). Bob got out of the wine business for 19 years but always wanted to come back to it.</p> <p>When he took an early retirement, Lauren asked him what he was going to do next. “I’m going back into the wine industry, but I’m going to do it the way I want to do it,” Bob said.</p> <p>He observed that when he was selling wine for other people and building up other brands, it didn’t matter how many points out of 100 the wine received if nobody could afford the price. They took crushed realities and transformed them into a winery—Eye of The Needle.</p> <p>Bob was in the Washington wine business when he was just a lad and Lauren was baptized in the wine business when she worked as a teenager at Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga, CA. (She was helping with concerts, no underage drinking here!). Bob got out of the wine business for 19 years but always wanted to come back to it.</p> <p>When he took an early retirement, Lauren asked him what he was going to do next. “I’m going back into the wine industry, but I’m going to do it the way I want to do it,” Bob said.</p> <p>He observed that when he was selling wine for other people and building up other brands, it didn’t matter how many points out of 100 the wine received if nobody could afford the price. They took crushed realities and transformed them into a winery—Eye of The Needle.</p> <p>Bob was in the Washington wine business when he was just a lad and Lauren was baptized in the wine business when she worked as a teenager at Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga, CA. (She was helping with concerts, no underage drinking here!). Bob got out of the wine business for 19 years but always wanted to come back to it.</p> <p>When he took an early retirement, Lauren asked him what he was going to do next. “I’m going back into the wine industry, but I’m going to do it the way I want to do it,” Bob said.</p> <p>He observed that when he was selling wine for other people and building up other brands, it didn’t matter how many points out of 100 the wine received if nobody could afford the price. Every bottle holds their passion for life and wine. They took crushed realities and transformed them into a winery—Eye of The Needle.</p> <p>Bob was in the Washington wine business when he was just a lad and Lauren was baptized in the wine business when she worked as a teenager at Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga, CA. (She was helping with concerts, no underage drinking here!). Bob got out of the wine business for 19 years but always wanted to come back to it.</p> <p>When he took an early retirement, Lauren asked him what he was going to do next. “I’m going back into the wine industry, but I’m going to do it the way I want to do it,” Bob said.</p> <p>He observed that when he was selling wine for other people and building up other brands, it didn’t matter how many points out of 100 the wine received if nobody could afford the price. They took crushed realities and transformed them into a winery—Eye of The Needle.</p> <p>Bob was in the Washington wine business when he was just a lad and Lauren was baptized in the wine business when she worked as a teenager at Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga, CA. (She was helping with concerts, no underage drinking here!). Bob got out of the wine business for 19 years but always wanted to come back to it.</p> <p>When he took an early retirement, Lauren asked him what he was going to do next. “I’m going back into the wine industry, but I’m going to do it the way I want to do it,” Bob said.</p> <p>He observed that when he was selling wine for other people and building up other brands, it didn’t matter how many points out of 100 the wine received if nobody could afford the price.
