Clear waters, dramatic bluffs and vibrant summer and fall colors make Harry S Truman State Park an ideal place to vacation. Located on a peninsula, the park offers a marina, ample fishing and boating opportunities, and water that’s perfect for every kind of swimmer. Hiking trails, picnic areas and campsites dot the park’s open oak woodlands and provide a home for abundant wildlife.FishingFrom a boat or the shore, you can expect to catch a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, catfish and white bass as Truman Lake provides some of the best fishing opportunities in the area. The 55,600-acre lake can be accessed from the park via one of the two boat-launching ramps.BoatingAccess Truman Lake at one of the park's two paved boat-launching ramps. A two-lane boat ramp located in the campground (open March through November) is for use by campers only, and a four-lane boat ramp (open year-round) is available to the public near the large parking lot near the marina, which offers ample space for cars, trucks and boat trailers. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions in the state park.CampingWith six campgrounds to choose from, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect campsite. For a little extra space, try one of the family campsites.Be sure to stop by the Truman State Park Marina to pick up ice and other supplies for your stay.To make a reservation or view campsite details, photos and availability, go to the reservation website by clicking the “Make a Reservation Now” link below. Reservations may also be made by calling toll free 877-ICampMO (877-422-6766).SwimmingCool off at one of two swimming beaches in the park - one is located in the campground and the other is located in the main day-use area. The campground beach is used exclusively by campers. The day-use beach is available to the general public. Both beaches have a restroom and changehouse facility nearby. Swim at your own risk.Picnic AreasThe eastern end of the park provides you with an opportunity to relax at one of the many shaded picnic sites. The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren’s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.

Located on a peninsula, the park offers a marina, ample fishing and boating opportunities, and water that&rsquo;s perfect for every kind of swimmer. Hiking trails, picnic areas and campsites dot the park&rsquo;s open oak woodlands and provide a home for abundant wildlife.FishingFrom a boat or the shore, you can expect to catch a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, catfish and white bass as Truman Lake provides some of the best fishing opportunities in the area. The 55,600-acre lake can be accessed from the park via one of the two boat-launching ramps.BoatingAccess Truman Lake at one of the park's two paved boat-launching ramps. A two-lane boat ramp located in the campground (open March through November) is for use by campers only, and a four-lane boat ramp (open year-round) is available to the public near the large parking lot near the marina, which offers ample space for cars, trucks and boat trailers. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions in the state park.CampingWith six campgrounds to choose from, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect campsite. For a little extra space, try one of the family campsites.Be sure to stop by the Truman State Park Marina to pick up ice and other supplies for your stay.To make a reservation or view campsite details, photos and availability, go to the reservation website by clicking the &ldquo;Make a Reservation Now&rdquo; link below. Reservations may also be made by calling toll free 877-ICampMO (877-422-6766).SwimmingCool off at one of two swimming beaches in the park - one is located in the campground and the other is located in the main day-use area. The campground beach is used exclusively by campers. The day-use beach is available to the general public. Both beaches have a restroom and changehouse facility nearby. Swim at your own risk.Picnic AreasThe eastern end of the park provides you with an opportunity to relax at one of the many shaded picnic sites. The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren&rsquo;s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.</p>		</div>

						<p style="text-align: justify;">Clear waters, dramatic bluffs and vibrant summer and fall colors make Harry S Truman State Park an ideal place to vacation. Located on a peninsula, the park offers a marina, ample fishing and boating opportunities, and water that&rsquo;s perfect for every kind of swimmer. Hiking trails, picnic areas and campsites dot the park&rsquo;s open oak woodlands and provide a home for abundant wildlife.FishingFrom a boat or the shore, you can expect to catch a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, catfish and white bass as Truman Lake provides some of the best fishing opportunities in the area. The 55,600-acre lake can be accessed from the park via one of the two boat-launching ramps.BoatingAccess Truman Lake at one of the park's two paved boat-launching ramps. A two-lane boat ramp located in the campground (open March through November) is for use by campers only, and a four-lane boat ramp (open year-round) is available to the public near the large parking lot near the marina, which offers ample space for cars, trucks and boat trailers. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions in the state park.CampingWith six campgrounds to choose from, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect campsite. For a little extra space, try one of the family campsites.Be sure to stop by the Truman State Park Marina to pick up ice and other supplies for your stay.To make a reservation or view campsite details, photos and availability, go to the reservation website by clicking the &ldquo;Make a Reservation Now&rdquo; link below. Reservations may also be made by calling toll free 877-ICampMO (877-422-6766).SwimmingCool off at one of two swimming beaches in the park - one is located in the campground and the other is located in the main day-use area. The campground beach is used exclusively by campers. The day-use beach is available to the general public. Both beaches have a restroom and changehouse facility nearby. Swim at your own risk.Picnic AreasThe eastern end of the park provides you with an opportunity to relax at one of the many shaded picnic sites. The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren&rsquo;s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.</p>		</div>

Located on a peninsula, the park offers a marina, ample fishing and boating opportunities, and water that&rsquo;s perfect for every kind of swimmer. Hiking trails, picnic areas and campsites dot the park&rsquo;s open oak woodlands and provide a home for abundant wildlife.FishingFrom a boat or the shore, you can expect to catch a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, catfish and white bass as Truman Lake provides some of the best fishing opportunities in the area. The 55,600-acre lake can be accessed from the park via one of the two boat-launching ramps.BoatingAccess Truman Lake at one of the park's two paved boat-launching ramps. A two-lane boat ramp located in the campground (open March through November) is for use by campers only, and a four-lane boat ramp (open year-round) is available to the public near the large parking lot near the marina, which offers ample space for cars, trucks and boat trailers. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions in the state park.CampingWith six campgrounds to choose from, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect campsite. For a little extra space, try one of the family campsites.Be sure to stop by the Truman State Park Marina to pick up ice and other supplies for your stay.To make a reservation or view campsite details, photos and availability, go to the reservation website by clicking the &ldquo;Make a Reservation Now&rdquo; link below. Reservations may also be made by calling toll free 877-ICampMO (877-422-6766).SwimmingCool off at one of two swimming beaches in the park - one is located in the campground and the other is located in the main day-use area. The campground beach is used exclusively by campers. The day-use beach is available to the general public. Both beaches have a restroom and changehouse facility nearby. Swim at your own risk.Picnic AreasThe eastern end of the park provides you with an opportunity to relax at one of the many shaded picnic sites. The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren&rsquo;s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.</p>		</div>

						<p style="text-align: justify;">Clear waters, dramatic bluffs and vibrant summer and fall colors make Harry S Truman State Park an ideal place to vacation. Located on a peninsula, the park offers a marina, ample fishing and boating opportunities, and water that&rsquo;s perfect for every kind of swimmer. Hiking trails, picnic areas and campsites dot the park&rsquo;s open oak woodlands and provide a home for abundant wildlife.FishingFrom a boat or the shore, you can expect to catch a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, catfish and white bass as Truman Lake provides some of the best fishing opportunities in the area. The 55,600-acre lake can be accessed from the park via one of the two boat-launching ramps.BoatingAccess Truman Lake at one of the park's two paved boat-launching ramps. A two-lane boat ramp located in the campground (open March through November) is for use by campers only, and a four-lane boat ramp (open year-round) is available to the public near the large parking lot near the marina, which offers ample space for cars, trucks and boat trailers. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions in the state park.CampingWith six campgrounds to choose from, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect campsite. For a little extra space, try one of the family campsites.Be sure to stop by the Truman State Park Marina to pick up ice and other supplies for your stay.To make a reservation or view campsite details, photos and availability, go to the reservation website by clicking the &ldquo;Make a Reservation Now&rdquo; link below. Reservations may also be made by calling toll free 877-ICampMO (877-422-6766).SwimmingCool off at one of two swimming beaches in the park - one is located in the campground and the other is located in the main day-use area. The campground beach is used exclusively by campers. The day-use beach is available to the general public. Both beaches have a restroom and changehouse facility nearby. Swim at your own risk.Picnic AreasThe eastern end of the park provides you with an opportunity to relax at one of the many shaded picnic sites. The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren&rsquo;s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.</p>		</div>

						<p style="text-align: justify;">Clear waters, dramatic bluffs and vibrant summer and fall colors make Harry S Truman State Park an ideal place to vacation. Located on a peninsula, the park offers a marina, ample fishing and boating opportunities, and water that&rsquo;s perfect for every kind of swimmer. Hiking trails, picnic areas and campsites dot the park&rsquo;s open oak woodlands and provide a home for abundant wildlife.FishingFrom a boat or the shore, you can expect to catch a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, catfish and white bass as Truman Lake provides some of the best fishing opportunities in the area. The 55,600-acre lake can be accessed from the park via one of the two boat-launching ramps.BoatingAccess Truman Lake at one of the park's two paved boat-launching ramps. A two-lane boat ramp located in the campground (open March through November) is for use by campers only, and a four-lane boat ramp (open year-round) is available to the public near the large parking lot near the marina, which offers ample space for cars, trucks and boat trailers. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions in the state park.CampingWith six campgrounds to choose from, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect campsite. For a little extra space, try one of the family campsites.Be sure to stop by the Truman State Park Marina to pick up ice and other supplies for your stay.To make a reservation or view campsite details, photos and availability, go to the reservation website by clicking the &ldquo;Make a Reservation Now&rdquo; link below. Reservations may also be made by calling toll free 877-ICampMO (877-422-6766).SwimmingCool off at one of two swimming beaches in the park - one is located in the campground and the other is located in the main day-use area. The campground beach is used exclusively by campers. The day-use beach is available to the general public. Both beaches have a restroom and changehouse facility nearby. Swim at your own risk.Picnic AreasThe eastern end of the park provides you with an opportunity to relax at one of the many shaded picnic sites. The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren&rsquo;s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.</p>		</div>

The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren&rsquo;s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.</p>		</div>

Located on a peninsula, the park offers a marina, ample fishing and boating opportunities, and water that&rsquo;s perfect for every kind of swimmer. Hiking trails, picnic areas and campsites dot the park&rsquo;s open oak woodlands and provide a home for abundant wildlife.FishingFrom a boat or the shore, you can expect to catch a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, catfish and white bass as Truman Lake provides some of the best fishing opportunities in the area. The 55,600-acre lake can be accessed from the park via one of the two boat-launching ramps.BoatingAccess Truman Lake at one of the park's two paved boat-launching ramps. A two-lane boat ramp located in the campground (open March through November) is for use by campers only, and a four-lane boat ramp (open year-round) is available to the public near the large parking lot near the marina, which offers ample space for cars, trucks and boat trailers. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions in the state park.CampingWith six campgrounds to choose from, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect campsite. Located on a peninsula, the park offers a marina, ample fishing and boating opportunities, and water that&rsquo;s perfect for every kind of swimmer. Hiking trails, picnic areas and campsites dot the park&rsquo;s open oak woodlands and provide a home for abundant wildlife.FishingFrom a boat or the shore, you can expect to catch a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, catfish and white bass as Truman Lake provides some of the best fishing opportunities in the area. The 55,600-acre lake can be accessed from the park via one of the two boat-launching ramps.BoatingAccess Truman Lake at one of the park's two paved boat-launching ramps. A two-lane boat ramp located in the campground (open March through November) is for use by campers only, and a four-lane boat ramp (open year-round) is available to the public near the large parking lot near the marina, which offers ample space for cars, trucks and boat trailers. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions in the state park.CampingWith six campgrounds to choose from, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect campsite. For a little extra space, try one of the family campsites.Be sure to stop by the Truman State Park Marina to pick up ice and other supplies for your stay.To make a reservation or view campsite details, photos and availability, go to the reservation website by clicking the &ldquo;Make a Reservation Now&rdquo; link below. Reservations may also be made by calling toll free 877-ICampMO (877-422-6766).SwimmingCool off at one of two swimming beaches in the park - one is located in the campground and the other is located in the main day-use area. The campground beach is used exclusively by campers. The day-use beach is available to the general public. Both beaches have a restroom and changehouse facility nearby. Swim at your own risk.Picnic AreasThe eastern end of the park provides you with an opportunity to relax at one of the many shaded picnic sites. The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren&rsquo;s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.</p>		</div>

Reservations may also be made by calling toll free 877-ICampMO (877-422-6766).SwimmingCool off at one of two swimming beaches in the park - one is located in the campground and the other is located in the main day-use area. The campground beach is used exclusively by campers. The day-use beach is available to the general public. Both beaches have a restroom and changehouse facility nearby. Swim at your own risk.Picnic AreasThe eastern end of the park provides you with an opportunity to relax at one of the many shaded picnic sites. The picnic areas are open May through September.PICNIC SHELTERThis section of the park also has an open shelter, which can be reserved at a rate of $40 per day, and is perfect for large family gatherings and special group outings. The shelter can accommodate approximately 130 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, two large outdoor grills, electricity and restroom facilities nearby. It is accessible to people with disabilities. If not reserved, the shelter is available at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.PLAYGROUNDSChildren&rsquo;s playgrounds are located in the vicinities of the campground and the open shelter.</p>		</div>
