Our Story:The creation of TrimTab Brewing Co. was a long, winding journey. Its members came from all walks of life, on different paths of their own - but all were bound by a love for craft beer, and a calling to leave the world a better place than they found it. The process of forming the company took over two years and involved the input of many passionate people.To learn the story of TrimTab is to learn about those people. We each have our own role, but we all have a common calling - to create complex, balanced beer and to celebrate small sources of big change. For us, craft beer is a way to make our community a more vibrant, enriching place to live, and it requires more than us, and more than craft beer - it requires you.Manifesto: - We believe that small sources are responsible for large-scale change, and it is our role to champion, support and create a space for people to demonstrate that possibility. - We are aligned by a belief that this is more than a job, our lives are more than consequence, and that community is something that we create and are responsible for. - We believe it is possible to change the world and have a damn good time while we do it. - We believe our voices matter, that our thoughts are real, and that our language creates our entire world. - We believe that beer is a springboard for creating community and that as brewers we hold a special role and responsibility in it.
